Already, the outcome of the Kaduna elections has sparked protest in the state today (Thursday morning) by some citizens, kicking against the declaration by of the candidate of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, Uba Sani as the Governor-elect by the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC in Kaduna State. 

“You’re talking about candidate in Lagos, do you have a candidate in Lagos. Those people are doing theartre now. Even when Obi took over Lagos, he got 60, 000 or 70, 000 votes. Somebody, who was photographer to former governor of Lagos state, and he even confirmed that he was his photographer.” 

Lagos chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has urged the Labour Party (LP) governorship candidate in the state, Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour, to approach the court if aggrieved over the result of the just concluded Gubernatorial poll held last Saturday and stop exhibiting immature grandstanding.

“As Muslims, we understand that the basic tenets of this holy month are about sacrifice and devotion in worship to God. For us as Nigerians, this year’s Ramadan has come at a time when our dear country is at a crossroads,”
